Alpine Mindset Coaching is a free 6-session self -help program. It’s designed to give you skills to manage everyday life stresses such as work, study, relationships, health, or loneliness.
The program is confidential, does not require a referral or mental health plan from your doctor, and is available via phone or video call or face to face upon enquiry.
Alpine Mindset Coaching utilise Low -Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is structed, evidence -based psychological treatment.
Life can sometimes get stressful and overwhelming, making it hard to cope. If you are over the age of 12 experiencing any of these challenges:
- Stress, low mood, worry and anxiety.
- Life changes
- Sleep or concentration issues.
- Low mood – not wanting to do things that you use to enjoy, disengaged from friends and family
