Mental Health Essentials
- Mental Health Essentials is a three-and-a-half hour workshop designed to build your confidence so that you can support your loved ones as they need. We have three sessions taking place across the Alpine Shire in Bright, Mount Beauty, and Myrtleford in February.

Alpine Shire Council was generously funded by the State of Victoria through Emergency Recovery Victoria's Community Recovery Hubs grant program and Australian Government in response to the October 2022 Flood and Landslip which impacted Alpine Shire Communities.
