Supporting someone who is struggling with their mental health can be a daunting thing to do, especially if you're not sure of the best approach.
We are currently offering a Mental Health Essentials Course and a Mental Health First Aid Course.

⭐ We are also now taking expressions of interest to participate in a Mental Health First Aid course to be held in November. This is a much more comprehensive course than the Mental Health Essentials.
This course will be presented as a hybrid model. There will be a component of e-learning at home and a one day in person workshop on the 18th November at The Pavilion in Bright.
After receipt of your EOI we will be in touch during October for registrations and commitment to the course.
Please note, this course is not suitable for people aged under 18 years.

Mental Health Essentials is presented for residents of the Alpine Shire through funding by the State of Victoria through Emergency Recovery Victoria's Community Recovery Hubs grant program and the Australian Government in response to the October 2022 Flood and Landslip which impacted Alpine Shire Communities.
