Alpine Discovery Day - Vendor Sign Up

18 March 2026

What is the Alpine Discovery Day?

The Alpine Discovery Day is designed to showcase local sporting groups, activity providers, and community organisations.

It’s a chance to:

  • Promote your activity or organisation
  • Engage new people, especially young people
  • Foster connections between groups
  • Attract potential new members

Event Details

Date: Saturday, 23 May 2026

Location: The Pavilion, Pioneer Park, Bright 3741

I am thinking of having a stall - what does this require?

As a stall holder you are required to interact with community and showcase why your club or group are great, this is to encourage participation for our community groups.

This may be a mini set up that people can trial your chosen activity; it might be a stall with examples of what people can make with facilitators or community members there to teach some basics or it might just be a stall with pictures or videos and a representative there to answer questions and hand out brochures on how to get involved.

Hands-on activities are great; however, if a static display is more appropriate, they are just as good.

Ultimately, the day is an opportunity to engage new people, especially young people, in your sport or organisation, foster connections across sports and organisations and maybe even find yourself a new hobby!!

Your role as stallholders is to actively engage with participants – share information, run a demo, or invite people to try your activity.
